After graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Zack began catering dinner parties in and around the Hudson Valley in New York. Word spread, and soon he was booking events from small dinner parties to events for over 250 guests. Zack's culinary expertise and creativity permeates every aspect of his business, from food to service.
